About Alex
Alex came to Compass as a Sale Manager in January 2018 after a long career selling residential real estate in NYC.
As a broker, he guided sellers and buyers in over 500 purchases over 20 years in the West Village, Greenwich Village, East Village, Tribeca, Soho, Chelsea, Flat Iron and Gramercy Park. He published the complimentary quarterly “10014” outlining real estate info for apartments, lofts, townhouses, and brownstones in the West Village.
An awarded and recognized broker: Alex was a member of Corcoran’s prestigious President’s Council, has won numerous broker of the month awards, and has been a member of Corcoran’s multi-million dollar club since he started with Corcoran. He has been interviewed and quoted in the New York Times and New York Post and has appeared on NBC TV among others.
Alex works out of the Compass 110 5th Avenue office. He runs a bi-weekly market report for Compass agents and teaches various coaching classes for experienced and new agents.
