As The Resolve Group’s dedicated Listing Preparation Manager, Alex works lockstep with the lead agent and client to ensure the home selling process is seamless, stress-free, and successful.

Through years of experience, Alex has developed a keen eye for identifying cost-effective improvements that can enhance a home's marketability. From managing the pre-listing improvements to curating the staging furniture and writing a compelling property description, Alex's primary role is ensuring the client's home shines before it comes on the market. 

During his tenure with the team, Alex has prepared 70+ listings and nearly $3,000,000 worth of pre-listing improvements on behalf of our sellers.

In addition, Alex assists buyers with identifying home improvement needs and connecting them with our cadre of vendors during the escrow period to facilitate a smooth transition into the buyer's new home.

Alex enjoys Heath ceramics, sharing his culinary prowess with his family and friends, and the cinema. Alex resides in San Francisco.
