About Alex

Alex’s love story with NELA and its surrounding Foothill Communities has unfolded over decades. She grew up in Glendale and now resides in South Pasadena and knows the area like the back of her hand (which has exactly 1 freckle).
At the beginning of her real estate career eight years ago, she spent time in San Francisco at the height of its extreme sellers market. During her time up north she learned how to get offers accepted in 20+ multiple offer scenarios and learned how to get top dollar for her seller clients by making small improvements to the property before listing it to create a bidding frenzy. By utilizing her natural and trained eye for design and her real estate wisdom, she is able to increase her sellers’ return on their home refresh investment 5-10 fold.
She brought what she learned from the pressure cooker of SF back to her home, the best city in the world, LA and its surrounding foothill communities 5 years ago. In addition to her strategic real estate prowess, she believes behind the finance and competition involved in the process there are people; people with stories, aspirations, worries and plans. Her goal is to help her clients make the best wholistic real estate decisions for themselves and their families by counseling them through the financial, operational and emotional aspects of the process.
