Alex Lipari

Growing up in Kansas City before finding his way to TCU, Alex’s interest in real estate began at a young age, learning from his parents as they managed rental properties and several apartment complexes. After graduating from TCU, Alex went on staff with The Net, a local non-profit that served people experiencing homelessness. It was there that he learned the supreme importance of having a safe space to call home that truly fits you. With that, the move to real estate was inevitable.

Alex exhibits a positive and trusting character, which builds engaging relationships with both clients and agents. He works hard to bring simplicity and clarity to an often-overwhelming process of buying or selling a home. By making the process simple, it allows clients to focus on the big picture of finding their new home. “Finding a new home can, and should be, fun!”

Outside of work, Alex and his wife, Julia, have two incredible sons, Levi and Miles and a perfect baby daughter named Etta. Together they love to try new things, go for walks, and explore the Fort Worth Zoo. Alex also enjoys playing golf, duck hunting, and supporting the hometown Frogs whenever possible!

Alex has continued to serve with The Net. The relationships he’s built there and his passion to see change in our community have sparked a desire to help create better housing opportunities for those transitioning out of poverty.
