Alexa Rae Thropp

Alexa Rae is a third-generation Uchinanchu, born and raised in Hawai'i, where her passion for travel and culture took root at an early age. After graduating high school in Kona, she ventured to the U.S. mainland, living in San Diego, Eugene, and Colorado. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she was a consistent Dean's List honoree and a proud member of the UCCS Honor Society. Before returning home to Hawai’i, she spent two years living abroad in South Korea.

Alexa Rae launched her real estate career in 2019 with a top-producing luxury resort team, quickly proving her dedication and aptitude by earning her real estate salesperson license in just four weeks. In the fall of 2020, she became a founding member of Compass Hawai‘i—a key milestone in her professional journey—and went on to earn her NAR Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist Certification the following year.

Collection, led by Hawai‘i Business Magazine Top Performer and market leader Rebecca Hirsch-Keli‘iho‘omalu, Alexa Rae oversees team operations and real estate compliance with a sharp focus on excellence and brand integrity. Her background in ultra-luxury and resort properties brings invaluable market insight and a strong understanding of high-end client expectations, ensuring the business runs with precision and elevated standards.

Since 2019, her expertise has supported elite agents across Hawai‘i Island in achieving more than $480 million in real estate sales, making her an integral force behind the success of top-performing teams.
