Alexander’s passion for real estate is tied to his lifelong dedication to enhancing others' experiences. He comes to Compass with 8 years of sales experience in the professional and retail industries. Growing up in New York shaped him uniquely - as a young teen he took photography courses in Greenwich Village and immersed himself in the city's museums and culture; as a teenager he explored visual art, interior design, and learned his family business; by age 24 he had launched his own insurance brokerage.
Alexander naturally moved to employ his expertise in the real estate industry. As a guide, he specializes in all things Manhattan - a neighborhood expert who friends and clients alike go to for advice, food and event recommendations, and real estate expertise. His artistic and creative eye helps his clients connect to and understand the properties they see. He understands that the process of buying or selling a home is an emotional experience for both parties. Alexander takes deep interest in each of his clients, alleviating the stress that comes when life just happens - he is there to make sure his clients feel heard, and look at this time with excitement and gratitude.
Alexander studied Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management at Penn State University and Hofstra University before attaining his real estate license. Since then, he has enjoyed connecting his personal and professional life. Spreading his time among several social and professional circles, Alexander appreciates the different perspectives everyone brings with them. When he's not posting snapshots of apartments and cocktails on his Instagram story, he enjoys sailing, playing golf and tennis, and exploring Manhattan on a Citi Bike.
