About Alex

D.C. area resident since 2010, Alex got bit by the real estate bug early on. No real surprise, since he grew up in the same household with two [real estate] mentors--his dad, John Moore, and stepmom, Maria Fernandez Moore, local real estate veterans who have guided him on his real estate journey. Licensed REALTOR in Virginia since 2020, DC since 2021, Maryland since 2024, and associate broker since 2024. Alex has helped clients buy, sell and rent their homes with service that goes beyond the closing table. His passion for real estate expanding with each show he shadowed and with each open house sign he speared into the ground. Alex’s unbridled enthusiasm to go the extra mile for every client shows every day.

In addition to real estate, Alex also has a profound love of automobiles. In his free time, he works on restoring his classic BMW. An Oregon native, Alex currently lives in Arlington and enjoys all that Westover has to offer. When he's not servicing his clients, you can find Alex exploring the outdoors or flyfishing one of our area rivers.
