"When we sold our place in San Francisco in one day, we thought the hard part of moving to Wine Country was over. Which only shows how naive we were about an extremely aggressive and competitive housing market. As we quickly learned, not only was inventory very low, virtually every place we liked attracted multiple,above-asking offers.
