Meet Alex Ann, a Dallas native and the youngest of four siblings. She grew up in the city and attended Highland Park High School. Initially starting her college journey at Texas Tech University, she eventually obtained her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Real estate runs in Alex Ann's blood, as her father has had a longstanding career in commercial real estate and her mother excelled in business development at a title company. Drawing inspiration from her family background, she embarked on her own real estate career seven years ago. Starting as an assistant at Benchmark Title, she swiftly transitioned into business development and marketing roles. Alex Ann's fresh approach to the industry incorporates innovative marketing strategies and creative utilization of social media, resulting in remarkable success.
One of Alex Ann's greatest strengths lies in her ability to forge instant connections with people. Her outstanding communication skills, combined with her extensive knowledge of the local area, exuberant energy, and unwavering enthusiasm, empower her to consistently deliver exceptional results for her clients in every real estate transaction.
Outside of real estate, Alex Ann values the relationships and routines that keep her grounded. As the youngest of four, she was raised in a close-knit family and remains incredibly close with her siblings and parents. That strong family foundation shaped her deep sense of loyalty, responsibility, and commitment - qualities that carry through to the way she serves her clients. She is actively involved in Elizabeth Toon Charities as a committee member and stays engaged in her church community, including Bible Study Fellowship. Giving back and staying connected are important parts of who she is. A proud Texas Tech alum, Alex Ann enjoys supporting the Red Raiders and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks, Cowboys, and Stars. She appreciates time at Possum Kingdom Lake during the summer and slower fall evenings spent on a patio with a glass of wine. At home, she enjoys downtime with her dog, Cleo, and values quality time with her large extended family, including 17 cousins on her motherās side.
