Ali Chenell

From a young age, Ali knew she not only wanted to one day start a business of her own but also knew it had to be with the idea of helping others in mind. Growing her business as a former independent Compass agent has created the business foundation she strove for but it wasn't until recently joining Compass in 2020 where Ali felt a part of something larger. At her core, Ali fosters a passion for creating and nurturing relationships which comes at no surprise that many of the strong relationships she treasures today, began around conversations learning of clients home buying goals and wholeheartedly embarking on that journey with them.

Growing up in Seekonk, a small town in Southeastern Massachusetts, Ali later became a graduate from the University of Rhode Island. With a degree in Economics, she brings a strength in market research, trends and numbers. Ali has always had a desire to learn, explore and share which upon graduation drove her to embark on a once in a lifetime opportunity; teaching English in Spain. During her time there she immersed herself daily into the various communities and cultures. Spending her down time challenging herself to learn the language by interacting with locals, completing classroom studies and even watching the occasional Spanish versions of her favorite childhood cartoon shows! By devoting time and commitment towards fully immersing herself, she was able to overcome language barriers through patience, curiosity and dedication.

Upon her return, Ali set her sights on purchasing her first home. It was during this process she then realized the importance of an experienced Realtor. One who will successfully guide her through the unknowns, negotiating on her behalf, all while making the process as fun and as enjoyable as possible. This process inspired her to become a Realtor with the ultimate goal of also creating a trusted guided experience for her clients. Years later, with many successful closed buyer and seller transactions across Middlesex, Worcester and Plymouth counties her passion for helping others has taken her many places. Ali even went so far as to travel over 28 hours to Chiang Mai, Thailand in order to help guide a friend through her home search. Their experience was even captured on the HGTV show House Hunters International!

This dual licensing will provide her clients options and representation across state lines. It is with a full heart Ali has found her place to call home on what she considers to be a little slice of heaven on the Nashua River in Pepperell, MA. She lives there with her boyfriend Joe and two kitties, Tupelo and Bodhi. They spend time exploring the trails around their home and enjoying summer days out on their boat, fishing and swimming. With simple pleasures found in the nature that surrounds her daily, it is making a house a home through the time in memories shared with family and friends gathered around that brings her true joy.
