    Ali Floyd is a second-generation REALTOR® with deep roots in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was born and raised. She proudly joined her parents, Mary and Tony Floyd, at Floyd Real Estate Group in June 2025. Ali graduated from Auburn University in 2018 and spent six years as a Community Sales Manager for one of metro Atlanta’s largest, most respected and best-selling builder/developers. The combination of her valuable experience and background plus the proven experience of Floyd Real Estate Group and the incredible resources of Compass helps Ali bring a powerful advantage to her clients.

    Beyond her professional achievements, Ali enjoys a fulfilling personal life with her goldendoodle, Moose, and cherishes time spent with family and friends.     Tony Floyd brings a wealth of experience from the corporate world, with a distinguished career in sales and marketing leadership for powerhouse companies like IBM, Fujitsu, and BellSouth. He joined a global real estate brokerage in 2006 as Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, where he led the development of marketing and technology innovations that guided agents to success and helped shape the next generation of industry professionals. His expertise in home assessment, property preparation/ repairs, property marketing, property valuation, and negotiation strategies are invaluable assets to clients navigating today’s fast-paced market.

    In 2020, Tony and Mary founded Floyd Real Estate Group. After years of doing competitive research, Tony knew all the brokerages very well.
