Jeff Couchara

Born and raised just outside Philadelphia, Jeff graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. He began his career in the hospitality industry, working with organizations including Merion Golf Club and Food Network, where he developed an approach to service centered on relationships, attention to detail, and creating exceptional experiences.

Before entering real estate, Jeff worked as a Merchant at American Eagle Outfitters, helping drive growth within the menswear business while managing partnerships with third-party brands. The role sharpened his skills in negotiation, relationship management, market analysis, and understanding what motivates consumers, experience that continues to inform the way he advises his real estate clients today.

For more than 14 years, Jeff has called New York City home, living in both Brooklyn and Queens and developing an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyle that make the city unique. His understanding of New York’s constantly evolving real estate market allows him to provide thoughtful, tailored guidance to clients whether they are buying, selling, or renting.
