About Alice
Alice has been a Realtor® for 19 years in Maryland and DC. She works both coasts as a listing agent and I also love to work with buyers. 

Succeeding through ups and downs in the volatile Washington, DC metropolitan market, she has sold new homes, condos and co-ops, and single-family homes in all price ranges. She is also very confident and familiar with the unique markets in San Diego, CA. But DC and all the way to the Eastern Shore are her haunts!

Alice started her real estate career as a new home sales manager for three custom new home builders in Maryland. Two were national companies and one was a local upscale Bethesda-based firm. I can sell dreams!

A Washington-area native, Alice graduated from the University of Maryland with a major in Business Management and minors in Economics and Spanish. Previously, Alice co-authored several books on general subjects ranging from climate change to chess to World War II memoirs and numerous other subjects.

Good communication is key with clients and other agents-we work together to get to our common goal. I have a great rapport with many agents, I have won Top Agent for several years in a row with Washingtonian Magazine and many other publications. Some of these awards were voted by my colleagues both in my company and competing realtors.
