About Alicia

Now back in her home state of Rhode Island, Alicia brings a dynamic blend of East Coast hustle and West Coast perspective to her real estate practice. Her journey began with a degree in Merchandising and Business from the University of Rhode Island, followed by nearly a decade in New York City, where she built a successful career in commercial real estate.

In 2015, after starting out in the fashion industry, Alicia made the leap into real estate by joining Savitt Partners, a boutique commercial firm in Manhattan. There, she advised clients on strategic leasing decisions, specializing in office space and complex lease negotiations. Her talent and tenacity were recognized in 2019 when she was named one of The Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30: Top Leasing and Sales Professionals.”

Seeking new challenges and a transition into residential real estate, Alicia moved to Los Angeles, where she joined Compass and became a key part of the Stephanie Younger Group—one of LA’s most respected and high-performing teams. In her dual role as Team Agent and Director of Client Relations, she not only guided buyers and sellers through each step of the process, but also worked closely with the leadership team to elevate the client experience, refine service strategies, and strengthen long-term relationships.

To stay ahead of industry trends, Alicia accompanied the team’s CEO to multiple national real estate conventions, where she gained valuable insights into emerging market innovations, marketing strategies, and best practices from industry leaders across the country.

Now back in the Ocean State, Alicia has joined Compass Rhode Island, bringing with her a wealth of cross-market experience, sharp negotiation skills, and a true passion for helping people. She is known for getting deals done with empathy, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to transparency—no matter where her clients are on their real estate journey. 

Alicia currently resides in East Greenwich with her husband, son, and rescue pup. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, yoga, and relaxing on the beach.
