About Alison

For Alison Belknap, real estate has always been about people, not just properties.

Before earning her real estate license in 2008, Alison worked in the newspaper industry, where she partnered with home builders and developers on marketing campaigns. Through that experience, she gained a behind-the-scenes understanding of the real estate industry and developed a passion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions.

Today, Alison combines her real estate experience with a relationship-first approach that puts her clients' goals at the center of every transaction. Known for her honest advice, direct communication, and resourceful problem-solving, she believes her role is to provide the best guidance possible while supporting clients in whatever direction feels right for them.

Having personally relocated multiple times, including moves from Ohio to South Florida, and later from Cambridge, Massachusetts, to Atlanta with her family, Alison understands both the excitement and challenges that come with a move. Her firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective when helping buyers and sellers navigate major life transitions.

Alison specializes in North Atlanta communities including like East Cobb, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Woodstock, Sandy Springs, and Buckhead. She loves introducing clients to the area's diverse neighborhoods, whether they're searching for top-rated schools, an active community, walkable amenities, or easy access to Atlanta's growing developments.
