Alison Eastman

Alison began her real estate career in 2004 apprenticing under a top performing real estate sales team at Coldwell Banker, where she was instrumental in the closing of numerous luxury real estate transactions. With a strong background in public relations and design, and a degree in Communication from the University of Southern California, Alison is versatile, creative and highly effective sales professional with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Newport Beach and surrounding coastal communities. A valuable member of one of Real Estates most dynamic teams, Alison has completed over $145M in transactions. Along with her partner, Katie Werner Dickerson, who is also a second-generation native of Newport Beach, Alison specializes in premier coastal neighborhoods and surrounding communities. Active in her community and a member of Newport Harbor Yacht Club, Alison currently resides in Newport Shores with her young son.
