About Alison

Alison Ermilio Decky lives and breathes real estate and city life, having 20+ years of experience in both. She started in the industry working part time for a title company while still in college completing her bachelor’s degree. After graduation, she moved to the city and transitioned to a full time closing position. This conveyancing experience was (and remains) a helpful resource for Ali when she decided to explore the sales side of real estate, obtaining her license in 2006, and has been working as a full time residential agent since.

Ali understands how big of a deal and overwhelming buying and selling can be, whether it’s your primary residence or investment property, your first or tenth time around. She is passionate about providing individualized attention and thoughtful service to each and every client and nurturing their particular goals. When you’re with Ali, you’re with family.
