About Alison
Clients working with Amy get someone organized, responsive, and practiced at breaking down a complicated process into steps that make sense.. These qualities came from working two decades in education, the first half in the classroom, the second in administration coaching other teachers. Amy has moved six times for her husband's career, and bought and sold a house each time. Over time, she started studying the process, learning how deals come together, what makes a buyer say yes, why some listings sit and others don't. That curiosity is what eventually brought her to real estate herself.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Amy now lives in Vero Beach with her husband Timothy and their three daughters, Sara, Katelynn, and Mariana, plus their dog Pebbles. She's run a half marathon and a mini triathlon, and when she's not showing homes she's usually cooking for a crowd, planning her next trip, or hosting one. Ocean views are non-negotiable on vacation; Hawaii and Italy are next on the list.
