"Aliyah was more than my real estate agent. First of all she worked through the whole NACA process with me which was slow and at times difficult to navigate. I was a very motivated homebuyer yet she never complained or showed any irritation about showing me all of the houses I wanted to go look at. If she wasn't available she would ask her team mate to go with me instead. She helped me to see the potential in homes that I thought the layout would pose a problem. When I felt discouraged she kept me going. When I wanted to except bad deals out of desperation she persuaded me that there was something better. When I did find my house we closed in 30 days at the set date we were supposed because of her adamant advocating for me. Closing in 30 days with a loan especially through NACA is not common however I had God working for me and He used her mightily.
