Allison Hartman

Allison Hartman is a Devon native and Penn Stater with a natural ability to connect with people. She began her career in Philadelphia working in public relations and advertising before following an unexpected passion to Houston, Texas, where she joined socially conscious fine jewelry start-up Do Amore as employee #2.

At Do Amore, Allison had many roles– she designed engagement rings, managed operations, and served as the go-to for customer service. Through that (sparkly!) experience, she discovered how much she loved helping people navigate meaningful and emotional milestones in their lives, a skill that translates seamlessly to real estate.

Her family’s next move took them to Oakville, Ontario, where Allison worked as a freelance marketer while embracing everything the Great White North had to offer. After returning to the Main Line in 2024 and settling into her family’s Forever Home, she was inspired to pursue real estate and help others find the right place to live, grow, and put down roots.

Having moved her own family multiple times, Allison understands firsthand that relocation can be exciting but also stressful—especially with little ones in tow. She approaches every client relationship with empathy, clear communication, and a calm, organized approach to the process.

Allison also has a deep appreciation for home design and the thoughtful details that make a space feel both beautiful and livable, especially on a budget. She enjoys helping clients see the potential in a home, whether it’s envisioning subtle updates, appreciating timeless architecture, or finding the right setting for everyday family life.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find Allison practicing hand embroidery, experimenting with a new recipe or reading her next Book Club book.
