Allen Studebaker

Allen Studebaker is the founder of The Studebaker Group at Compass in Scottsdale, Arizona. Before starting his real estate practice in 2003, Allen spent 16 years in management at United Parcel Service. Allen understands the importance of deadlines and a commitment to excellent service.

Allen brings a high level of corporate professionalism and the skill sets necessary to guide his clients through the purchase/sale process of their homes. He also prides himself on being a strong negotiator on behalf of his clients and is well respected by his peers in the local real estate community. Through Allen’s commitment to his business, clients, and referral partners he has successfully closed $850M in real estate since 2003. This achievement is a testament to Allen’s persistence and professionalism in the real estate industry.

Allen and The Studebaker Group have consistently ranked as one of the top real estate teams in the Valley of the Sun. Allen’s goal isn’t to sell the most homes or be the most known real estate team, but to have a trusted relationship with his clients and referral partners ensuring that he is the Real Estate Agent they come to for all of their lifelong real estate needs.

Allen is passionate about giving back to the local community and is actively involved in Make-A-Wish Arizona, Homeward Bound helping homeless Moms get back on their feet and The Arizona Housing Fund helping build homes for homeless families. Allen resides in Cave Creek, AZ with his wife Andrea and their son, Brady, and their two dogs, Sophie & Roxy.
