I love all things design and more importantly I love people and I love Denver! Having moved around the country more times than I would have ideally liked, I know the challenges faced trying to learn a new community and finding a home someplace new. My previous career as a stylist, also made me adept at listening deeply and finding out what my clients truly want vs. what I would have thought they wanted. It's not about me, it's all about my clients! 

My process for Buyers includes a thorough needs analysis, where you and I really get to know each other and I start to wrap my head around what's really important to you in finding a new home, what you would like to have and maybe a few "would-be-nice" items as well. 

From there we will go on what I like to call a Market Education Day, where, based on what you have shared with me, I will show you homes in multiple neighborhoods that fit your needs and you can start to see what your budget will afford and where. My process revolves around you and your needs and we won't stop until we find your perfect home.

I also will review our Contract to Buy & Sell Real Estate with you, so that when we do make an offer you will understand your rights and obligations. Of course, I am also with you through each step of the process, right until those keys reach your hands. 

My process with Sellers is actually quite similar. It starts with our meeting, where I will tour your home, learn all of the things you have done to make it really special and figure out your needs and desires. Being a Compass agent allows me to offer you premiere services, such as Compass Concierge where we can help you make improvements up to $75,000, interest free, which can add far more to your final sales price. I can also help you with a Bridge Loan to let you buy before you sell, eliminating the stress of having to potentially pay two mortgages while navigating a move and selling your home simultaneously.

We will work together to price your home with a comprehensive analysis based on data and market conditions, so you can walk away feeling confident we got you the best price possible. This is a collaborative process and, naturally, I will also help you stage it and clean it, again, with my goal of getting you the absolute most money for the sale of your home. 
Once offers come in, I'll have spreadsheets to look over so that we can more easily see which offer may be best for you, as price is only just one consideration of many!
