Allie and Julie both grew up in Evanston, attending King Lab and then graduating from ETHS. They both started their own real estate careers and decided to combine their expertise in 2019.

She moved back to Evanston in 2007 and continued her work in the real estate industry while reconnecting with her Evanston roots.
