"We were not on the hunt for a new house or to move, but we saw a house on Zillow that we loved. So we called Allie, who was referred to us from many friends, to see if they had any action on the house. I let her know if they had any offers, we would not be interested and did not want to get into a bidding war. Allie moves fast, she got back to us within hours and set up a showing the following day. We decided quickly that we were going to make an offer and list our current residence. Allie provided us a net sheet, priced our current house, submitted an offer on the new house, and marketing our current house all within days. Things were going great until our inspection objection on our current house came back. They found a few things that were rather odd, but Allie knew how to handle everything. She had her own contacts come look at the issues and was able to articulate to the buyers that there was nothing wrong structurally/safety wise, and as a result our buyers were happy with the inspection resolution.
