Allie Nicholson

I was born & raised in Madison & graduated from Edgewood College. Since I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted a career where I was able to help people. Mix in a passion for interior design, renovation and marketing, being a Real Estate Agent is the perfect fit.

I love being able to get to know my clients, and see them through the transaction process from start to finish. I am so grateful to be able to work alongside and learn from such experienced, talented and dedicated individuals and truly love the variety of each day, overcoming unique challenges, and the constant opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally. I especially love working with first time home buyers & getting to educate them on the process of buying & share in the excitement of purchasing their first home.

I live in Oregon, where I grew up, with my husband, 2 kids, Charlotte (2) & Theo (1) & our black lab, Lyla. We love to be outside, explore & just spend quality time together. In my “free time” I love to play volleyball, lift weights & read.
