🏡 Where Strategy Meets Feeling

I walk into a home and immediately start noticing where the eye lands, how the rooms flow, and which little shifts could help everything click. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007, and staging has long been the creative counterpart to that work. As a Certified Home Stager, with additional professional training in luxury home marketing, I bring both perspectives together to prepare, present, and market Silicon Valley homes with intention. The goal is a home that feels clear, cohesive, and easy for buyers to imagine as their own.

I work alongside my husband and business partner, Robert Gosalvez. Robert leads the real estate strategy and negotiations; I bring staging, creative direction, marketing, and open-house experience. Together, we help sellers understand their options, prepare thoughtfully, and move forward with clarity.

🎶 Rooms Have Rhythm, Too

I also write and record music as Allison2020. Songs and spaces both need rhythm, contrast, breathing room, and a strong sense of when to stop adding things. Songwriting has taught me to listen closely, notice what others might miss, and understand how one thoughtful edit can change the whole feeling. That perspective comes with me into every home.
