About Allison
Allison has called many DC neighborhoods home since 1996ā€”from Columbia Heights and Woodley Park, to American University Park and Chevy Chase. She is a resourceful professional who will provide frank advice and assistance whether you are prepping and selling a family home, buying that next place, or seeking a quick rental. She happily shares knowledge, data, context, connections, and creative ideas that will empower you to make great real estate decisions. 

Allison is a former executive whose marketing, advocacy, strategy, and negotiation skills were honed over more than 25 years in international business and nonprofit management. In 2018 she flipped her real estate hobby into a full time career and quickly established a track record of delighted clients and successful Buyer and Seller representation. 

At Compass, Allison is a partner in the Ferris Levin Collaborative, a much loved team of five women partners with decades of combined experience in DMV real estate. This unique team works together to ensure that each client receives amazing, personalized service while benefitting from all the partners' skill sets, including in law, architecture, management, marketing, staging, art, economic analysis, entrepreneurship, and international relocation.

Allison speaks fluent French, and can "get by" in Spanish and even Italian. She is a member of the World Bank Family Network and has lived in seven countries on three continents.
