"In every field there are people who are exceptionally good at what they do. Allison is one of those people. She is knowledgeable about many different neighborhoods and the buying and selling process, and she is whip smart, very well networked, highly responsive, efficient, and very client-focused. Each time I encountered a decision-point or issue Allison provided thoughts and advice that was both practical and out of the box. She took on my concerns as her own. I cannot recommend her more strongly."
- Anne-Claire

"It was an absolute pleasure to work with Allison and I highly recommend her. She helped us buy our house for a great price in Chevy Chase Village. She also tapped her vast network to help us find contractors to do a number of projects within our budget. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Allison brought fantastic energy and professionalism to move the process forward. She is organized, efficient, detail-oriented and very client-focused. As first time buyers, we had many questions and requests along the way and Allison was patient, super responsive and very informative. She had a constant eye out to promote our interests, including telling us we qualified for a buyer tax credit! Allison knows her market very well, was an excellent negotiator on our behalf and made the entire process from start to close very easy for us." - Kelly

"Allison has genuine passion and enthusiasm for homes in and around Washington DC. She had excellent instincts for pricing and the sale of our home. We were grateful for her steady guidance and for the many details she managed. She is also very good with contracts, and combed over ours several times to point out important details. She made the arduous task of quickly selling our home while we were living in Brooklyn much easier!" - Linda

"We were new to the area and first time buyer in this area. Allison helped us get to know the neighborhoods and guided us expertly through the process. She listened to our needs and provided her professional advice. Allison is very responsible and detail-oriented. She is a true pleasure to work with!"
