Ally Small grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and ultimately took a leap of faith by moving across the country to attend Colorado State University (Sko Rams!) in Fort Collins. It didn't take long for Colorado to feel like home, and she knew it was where she wanted to build both her life and her career.
After graduating in 2021, Ally joined The Kissel Group at Compass as an executive assistant. What started as an entry-level role quickly turned into a true passion as she witnessed firsthand the impact that exceptional service had on buyers and sellers. Over the years, she worked her way up to Director of Operations before taking on the role of Listing Coordinator and Marketing Director. That foundation gave her an in-depth understanding of every stage of the real estate process and continues to shape the level of service, organization, and market expertise she provides to every client today.
As a member of The Kissel Group at Compass, Ally is backed by one of Colorado's top-performing real estate teams. The Kissel Group has earned Best of Zillow recognition, placing in the top 1% of Zillow agents, along with HomeLight's Top Producer Award for three consecutive years and recognition as a RealTrends Top Team featured by The Wall Street Journal. While Ally is your dedicated point of contact from day one through closing, every client also benefits from the support of an experienced team that is hands-on throughout each and every transaction. From listing preparation and marketing to transaction coordination and client support, there is an entire team working behind the scenes to ensure every detail is taken care of, allowing clients to enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
Today, Ally combines her market knowledge, marketing background, and transaction experience to provide every client with exceptional service and communication. Her goal is to make buying or selling a home feel exciting, organized, and as stress-free as possible. She believes every client deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest milestones, and while the process can feel overwhelming at times, Ally is committed to making it as seamless, hands-off, and enjoyable as possible. She strives to create that experience through every conversation, home tour, walkthrough, negotiation, and beyond.
Outside of real estate, Ally enjoys spending time with her two rescue pups, Charlie, named after Rockies legend Charlie Blackmon, and Scottie, named after professional golfer Scottie Scheffler. She also loves cheering on Denver sports teams, going to her favorite Pilates studio, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants throughout the Denver metro area, and sneaking away for a Colorado hike whenever she can.
