Having earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University, Alphonso relocated to Texas and joined the booming oil and gas industry with Schlumberger. His 11-year career gave him the opportunity to travel all throughout Texas, as well as New York, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania, while creating many great and lasting relationships.

Which has contributed to his core value in his real estate career, by teaching him to cater to different people from all areas of life. Having gained experience in working with different levels of people from entry level to executives, and International clients, Alphonso understands the vast diversity in servicing many different clients. His greatest relationship started in College Station where he connected with his marvelous wife, and now years later they have a beautiful daughter.
