About Alyona
I consider myself lucky to have discovered my love for Real Estate. I come from a career in helping people, and selling real estate allows me to stay true to my passion. Since starting my full-time career in real estate in 2013 I have assisted hundreds of individuals and families achieve their dreams. With selling over $70 million in career sales I have an incredible amount of experience navigating my clients through complex “deals” with the goal of helping find them their next home, whether they are a first time home buyer, upsizing, downsizing or moving. My clients tell me they value my honesty, integrity and trust me with helping their families and friends. I believe in serving clients first and that the relationships forged out of that make the journey.
I have achieved the designations of Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). This makes me uniquely equipped to guide you through the journey of purchasing and selling a home no matter how complex your situation may be. My expertise and knowledge of the real estate market, pricing and negotiation strategies, as well as access to other trusted service providers give me a competitive advantage in multiple offer situations and throughout the transaction process. In everything, I focus on details, pride myself on efficiency and always plan for surprises.
In early 2023 I became one of the founding members of the MasterKey Collective-a dynamic trio of real estate professionals. Along with my two very successful partners, we have closed over 800 transaction and have a combined experience of over 30 years. A clear understanding of the power of collaboration led us to pool our expertise, knowledge, and resources, creating an unbeatable team that delivers exceptional value to clients.
