"We worked with Alyssa to buy our new house and that was a wonderful experience, so we decided to work with her again to sell our condo. We were actually on a bridge loan from the bank that was contingent on selling the condo in 6 months, so it was pretty stressful situation from that perspective. Alyssa was with us every step of the way. She made herself available whenever we needed to meet with her. Sometimes multiple times a week. It actually took 8 months to sell the condo. That was not Alyssa's fault at all. It was down market, some aspects of the condo weren't buyer friendly and we started with a high asking price. Alyssa worked with us, offering many different strategies to increase the attractiveness of the condo. She helped us find handymen and repair folks to address areas of concern. She hosted several open houses. And, at then end, when we were past our 6 month deadline, she worked with us to employ an aggressive pricing strategy that ultimately got the condo sold. She also helped us discuss our situation with the bank and provide some relief there. I can't thank her enough for that. She is an awesome individual and super nice.
