For nearly a decade, Alyssa McKinnis has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Her career began in Tampa, Florida, where she was immersed in the industry under the guidance of her mother, a highly respected broker. In 2015, she made the move to Nashville and joined Village Real Estate, becoming an integral member of the renowned Urban Nashville team, which specializes in multi-family projects across Middle Tennessee.
Alyssa has played a key role in the planning and sales of numerous new construction developments in Nashville, including Archer at 12th (50 units), Riverwalk at Mill Creek (50 units), Woodstock at Chestnut Hill (42 units), 1041 Flats (71 units), Hamilton + Martin (27 units), Harold & Owen (46 units), and contributed to the final sales of the iconic 505 Tower in downtown Nashville. She is currently part of the exclusive sales team for The Emory at Nashville Yards (312 units).
With over $200 million in development sales and a thriving client base, Alyssa has built a reputation for her market expertise, creativity, and strong client relationships. In 2024 alone, she surpassed $40 million in sales, a testament to her commitment and success in the Middle Tennessee real estate market.
When she’s not working with clients, Alyssa loves spending time with her husband, Sean, and her stepson in their Edgehill home. She enjoys being on the water, traveling, and discovering new spots around Nashville.
