After more than two decades of living in Brooklyn, Alyssa knows the ins and outs of the borough like few others. She has bought, sold, and renovated numerous properties in the area. This first-hand experience as a homeowner and resident gives Alyssa an intimate understanding of what clients look for when buying or selling. She understands the nuances of each neighborhood and what gives a house that distinct feeling of a unique home. With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Alyssa pairs her deep Brooklyn know-how with exceptional market knowledge and negotiating skills. Her personal connection to the communities she serves ensures an enjoyable process from start to finish.

After graduating from Brown University, Alyssa worked for many years as a Creative Director for a major book publisher, bringing a unique perspective to the buyers and sellers with whom she works. She understands visual space, has an eye for aesthetics, and can help buyers learn to visualize the many options available within a property. For sellers, her marketing experience allows her to find creative ways to sell each space, understanding the value of first impressions.

Alyssa treats each client like a neighbor. She has a calm personality, is highly organized and detail-oriented, is an expert negotiator, and is extremely devoted. She places a huge importance on loyalty and trust in all of her interactions, whether it involves friends, coworkers, or clients. This focus on long-lasting relationships is a quality that makes Alyssa a great agent with whom to work, and has led to a long-standing referral network throughout her years in the business. In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys running in Prospect Park, traveling, connecting with old and new friends, and exploring the varying neighborhoods of Brooklyn with her 15-year-old daughter.
