I created Team Pimentel because I saw a need in our communities for more REALTORS® who weren’t just focused on closing deals, but on taking care of people. I wanted to build and lead a team trained to listen first, explain clearly, and approach every transaction with care, honesty, and intention.

Every agent on Team Pimentel is guided by the same philosophy and standards I hold myself to—understanding the situation, educating the client, and advocating fiercely for what’s best for them. Our team isn’t built on volume alone; it’s built on leadership, training, accountability, and heart.
