Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, and currently residing in Fort Lauderdale, Amanda leverages her extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate market to guide, advise and educate her clients, giving them an essential understanding of the neighborhoods and local amenities. Her calm and convincing approach to negotiations has enabled her to maneuver competitive markets and ensure buyers find their dream homes. She prides herself on her ability to connect easily with clients, treating them with respect and care, and her willingness to meet and exceed their expectations. Outside of Real Estate, Amanda is a sports enthusiast. She attended the University of Florida as a full scholarship athlete on the women’s golf team and played golf professionally for 3 years. She was married to Major League Baseball player Darren Daulton until his passing in 2017 and she continues to honor his legacy as the co-founder of the Darren Daulton Foundation, raising funds to aid those affected by brain cancer. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, being near the water, doing yoga and playing golf.
