About Amanda

Originally from Kentucky, Amanda always longed to return to natural surroundings and the beauty of nature, which led her to the Gulf Coast. Having grown up vacationing in the area with family, Amanda developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle that the Gulf Coast offers. This personal connection to the region fuels her passion for helping others find their perfect home or investment property along the Gulf Coast.

With a background in a real estate family, a career in the industry felt like a natural fit for Amanda. She has a deep appreciation for the quality of life in the 30A area and is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique needs, guiding them through every step of the process.

Before moving permanently to Seagrove in 2017, Amanda lived in New York City, Greenwich, Nashville, Memphis, and Atlanta, gaining valuable insights into diverse markets and lifestyles. Her experience as an interior design consultant in these cities has honed her keen eye for aesthetics, enabling her to help clients transform houses into beautiful, functional homes.

In addition to her background in design, Amanda owns several short-term investment properties and understands the intricacies of income-producing real estate. Successfully self-managing these properties from afar has provided Amanda with the experience needed to guide clients in maximizing their investments. With firsthand experience in flipping homes, she is passionate about envisioning a property's potential and has a unique ability to uncover ways to increase its value, turning possibilities into reality—something that sets her apart.

When not helping clients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, biking, paddleboarding, playing tennis at WaterSound, and enjoying the beach with her husband, James, and their son, Tripp.
