Amanda started working for us immediately after our first meeting. She knows all of the players to make a house look it’s best before it goes to market. They all respect her and easily folded into our schedules because of that. She represents all of the traits an agent should carry with her: organization, connections, local knowledge, pricing strategies, negotiation skills and a personality that creates trust from all sides. She was absolutely wonderful. – Geoff and JoAnn Platt- Sellers of 819 29th Avenue
Amanda and Brad are first class. We were introduced to Amanda through a mutual friend and she transformed our house buying experience. She is knowledgeable, direct, honest, and fun to be around! With Amanda, every step of the process was patient and personal. She took the time at the outset to get to know us--who we were, where we came from, what we like to do, and what factors were important to us in our house-buying search. When we first met her she took us around the city to see different types of places in which we might be interested, and thereafter was always thoughtful about anticipating the best properties that might fit our interests. At every stage of the process, she took the time to explain what to expect and the various strategic considerations we should keep in mind. When she had concerns about a property--or anticipated that we might--she was open about communicating them to us. Amanda's assistant Brad was also available to us to answer questions and was always prompt in providing us with information. Most importantly, when we told Amanda that we had found our perfect fit, she made sure that we had the best possible chance of winning our bid. We did, and are absolutely in love with our house. Thank you Amanda and Brad! - K. Gasztonyi & B. Kennedy - Buyers
