Amanda Mazza has been a proud resident of Providence, RI, since 1995, cultivating a deep connection to the area and its vibrant community. Her passion for real estate stems from her love of design, the opportunities it provides for building generational wealth, and the sense of security that comes with putting down roots. To Amanda, real estate is more than an asset—it’s a milestone in life.
Amanda is captivated by Providence’s unique blend of charm and culture. From its culinary delights and access to the shoreline to its festive year-round events, thriving art scene, and historic neighborhoods, she appreciates everything the city has to offer. Its proximity to major metropolitan areas like Boston and New York, along with its own international airport, makes it an ideal place to live and work.
In addition to being a seasoned professional, Amanda is an active investor with rental property on the East Side of Providence and has been a Short Term Rental Superhost for over 8 years. She is also a Relocation Specialist, Commercial Realtor, and a 2025 Circle of Excellence Gold Award recipient. Amanda teaches “How to Buy a Home” and is known for going the extra mile—literally—by driving over 45 minutes to meet her clients’ needs.
Outside of real estate, Amanda enjoys surfing, snowboarding, reading novels, interior design, and planning unforgettable parties. She’s also a karaoke expert! Amanda shares her life with her husband, John Mazza, who works at Brown University, and their beloved dog-ter, Harper Anne Mazza.
