Amanda Palo

Amanda is a Chicago native with life-long experience in real estate. Growing up, her father was a broker, and since young adulthood, she has overseen renovations for her extended family’s properties which includes condos, single family homes, and multi-family buildings. It is Amanda’s insider perspective of the industry, her people skills and her expertise as an analyst that make her an asset to CCG and the home buying & selling process. Amanda loves educating first-time home buyers and partnering with her clients to help them through a multifaceted process. Amanda is an avid runner & trained for the Chicago Marathon while earning her license.

While she and her young son & daughter now live in Lincoln Park, where three generations of her family attended grade school, she likes to joke that she lived in Logan Square before it was Logan Square. Amanda’s familiarity with the Northside is nuanced and profound, benefitting her clients in surprising and fun ways. Amanda speaks fluent Spanish and is here to support her clients and their diverse needs.
