My name is Amanda Perkins, and I’ve lived in the Central Virginia area my entire life. From the time I purchased my first home, I’ve been obsessed with browsing listings, so I was thrilled to be able to turn my favorite hobby into a career. I believe choosing the perfect home for you and your family is a huge decision, as it was for me and my family when we recently moved.
I love being presented opportunities to build new relationships and help others. My family often jokes about how I can always find someone to talk to whether I’m in a line getting coffee (another obsession of mine) or sitting in the airport. This is a big part of who I am, and it makes the job of a realtor a perfect fit for me.
In addition, I have 22 years’ experience in contracting and negotiating and look forward to putting that to work to get you the best deal possible! The process of buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful and my goal is to make it as seamless as possible.
