"Amanda is the most diligent and dedicated real estate agent I've worked with. She kept in regular contact with me and gave me great advice about the ins and outs of buying a condo in Seattle. As a first time buyer, she was able to walk me through the entire process in an educated manner"

"As a public employee living in Seattle, owning a home was never realistic. That changed when I moved to Tacoma, but trying to land a place in the country's hottest housing market was intimidating. I shouldn't have been so worried. I started looking at places with Amanda on a Wednesday, offered on one Thursday, and by Friday we had beat out several other offers and I was a first-time homeowner!

Amanda goes the extra mile to make inexperienced buyers feel comfortable during a confusing process, and knows what it takes to win in a cutthroat market

"TRULY A GEM OF A REALTOR. Amanda took the time to explain all the details of the purchasing process and kept us well informed along the way. Within the first couple of hours of meeting her, Amanda showed us our dream home (in the hottest market in WA) and worked with us to write a competitive offer. Amanda writes offers to WIN, we beat 10+ offers (one of which was higher than ours) AND a couple weeks later our home appraised over the contract price. Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and an absolute DREAM to work with. I would not be surprised if Amanda became one of the top agents in the PNW, she’s THAT good. We are thoroughly pleased with her and look forward to using her services in the future!"

"I would highly recommend working with Amanda. Not only is she extremely professionally she treats her clients like long time friends. She connected us with a local broker who sung our praises to the Seller/ his agent. She negotiated with the Seller/Agent with grace and expertise. She helped us price our offer and guided us through the inspection and process as first time home buyers. Coming from property management and real estate Amanda had a network of folks she recommended for the repairs that came up. We will work with Amanda when we decide to sell/buy our next home!"

"Amanda communicates with her clients keeping them informed and up to speed through the process. She partners with her clients to ensure strategy for selling their home meets their goals, markets property well and manages interest with priority. I highly recommend her!" - Sarah
