Since beginning her real estate sales career in 2012, Amanda Van Slyke, a REALTOR® with Compass, has steadily risen through the ranks to become one of Southwest Florida’s top agents.

“There are a lot of opportunities presenting themselves; you just have to find them. You have to be able to see the trends and find the next opportunity,” Amanda explains. “I use my network of collaborators to source properties before they are known. I do extensive research — reading city/county meeting minutes, newspapers, and property records. I am known for advising clients against a purchase if it’s not in line with their goals. The clients that trust me are in a great position for the next new opportunity waves.”
