Amanda Warnick is a respected leader in Palm Beach County real estate, bringing more than two decades of experience in buying, selling, investing, and brokerage leadership. A true Palm Beach County native—born at the corner of Flagler Drive and Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard—Amanda’s roots in the community run deep, with four generations of her family proudly calling the area home.


Since beginning her real estate career in 1999, Amanda has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, sharp market insight, and a seamless client experience across residential, commercial, and investment real estate. Her approachable style, strategic mindset, and strong negotiation skills have earned the trust of a loyal and growing clientele throughout South Florida.


Amanda’s background includes key leadership roles with Kolter, where she served as a closing manager and sales office manager, helping contribute to the successful launch and sales of landmark developments including One City Plaza and Two City Plaza in downtown West Palm Beach.


In 2012, Amanda founded and operated her own successful independent brokerage, which she led for 14 years before joining Compass. Her transition to Compass reflects an exciting new chapter—combining her boutique-level service, entrepreneurial experience, and deep local expertise with the power of one of the industry’s most innovative real estate brands.
