About Amanda

Amanda specializes in first time home buyers and out of state clients. Amanda has exceptional communication skills, area knowledge, and will go the extra mile to make sure her clients are well taken care of.

Developing real and long term relationships with all of her clients that continues after closing day and providing the highest level of service to all is extremely important to Amanda.

Amanda was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. She moved to Chicago in 2015 to experience the city life and a new culture. Chicago is where she met her husband, Matthew and in 2019 they decided to move to St. Petersburg, FL to enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful beaches. They love calling this beautiful city home, sweet home.

Amanda graduated from The University of West Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality, Recreation and Resort Management in 2011. She has an extensive background in the hospitality industry which has played a crucial role in her success in the real estate industry.

When Amanda is enjoying free time you will find her trying out new local restaurants, taking her pup Groot on walks, and exploring the beautiful beaches on her paddle board.
