About Amaya
Amayaās path into real estate is defined by early initiative and a deep understanding of investment strategy. During her second year of college, Amaya purchased her first rental property... followed by her second... and third, laying the foundation for what has grown into a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio.
Having grown up in Central Wisconsin and the Northwoods, she officially made Madison home when she built her own home on the cityās west side during her final year of college at the University of Wisconsin-Madisonāat just 20 years old.
After graduating, Amaya worked in the Office of Admissions at the University of WisconsināMadison, where she discovered she was far more passionate about talking with colleagues about home buying and wealth building than admissions statisticsāperhaps not surprising, as her grandfather was also a real estate agent serving Long Beach, California and the surrounding areas. Real estate ultimately felt like a natural next step, allowing her to combine her passion for education, strategy, and helping people make confident financial decisions.
Amaya is known for her thoughtful, data-driven approach and her ability to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience. She is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with clarity and confidence, while positioning real estate as a powerful vehicle for long-term wealth building.
Outside of her work, Amaya enjoys cheering on the San Jose Sharks, spending summer evenings at the Memorial Union Terrace listening to live music, serving on a million and one committees at her alma mater, and unwinding at home with her rescue Terrier/Retriever mix, Nellie, and a good book.
