Whit’s journey started early, growing up in the real estate industry by shadowing his mother, an active agent in Raleigh, North Carolina. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, he knew he could follow in his parents’ entrepreneurial footsteps. But his creative passion led him to the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA where he completed degrees in guitar performance and jazz composition.
In 2014, Whit made the move to Nashville, initially for his love of music. But it wasn’t long before he realized the city’s booming real estate market offered the perfect opportunity to combine his business background with his creative passions. Within a short time, he was helping clients navigate the real estate landscape, guiding them toward smart investments and successful home ownership.
Today, Whit has helped over a hundred clients achieve their real estate goals, earning their trust and friendship along the way. His clients know they’re in good hands, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. With a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to personal service, Whit has become a go-to resource for those looking to build financial security and create lasting memories through real estate.
Outside of work, Whit lives in East Nashville with his wife and son. He’s also an active musician, performing with several local bands and staying connected to Nashville’s vibrant music scene. As a dedicated member of several philanthropic organizations, Whit is passionate about giving back to the community that’s given him so much.
