Amber Bain

Amber Bain is a Tennessee native, born and raised in the Nashville area. She has deep roots in and reverence for this region and understands the subtleties of neighborhoods she’s watched rapidly unfold and grow over the past several decades. 

At her core, Amber is a powerful connector. She is recognized and admired for her extensive market knowledge, dynamic negotiating skills, forward thinking marketing, and unparalleled service. Whether a buyer, seller, or investor, Amber has the emotional intelligence and tenacious work ethic necessary to go above and beyond for her clients. 

Amber’s passion has always been helping others. She’s been a yoga teacher since 2015 and will lead her first retreat for Ladies of Real Estate in 2023. She is actively involved in local non-profits and is proud to be an ambassador to the American Cancer Society’s Realtors Wear Pink. Amber resides in Nashville with her two boys and their goldendoodle, Scribble.
