Amber Cancienne – Realtor®, ABR®, MRP

Since 2019, Amber Cancienne has been guiding clients through the real estate market—first in New Orleans and now in Georgia, where she serves the Greater Atlanta Metro Area as part of Scott Fine Homes at Compass. With a background in hospitality management, she brings a service-focused, detail-oriented approach that ensures every client receives personalized care and guidance.

Amber specializes in helping first-time buyers, veterans, and military families, providing patient support and expert insight throughout the buying process. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she is passionate about matching clients with homes that fit both their financial and lifestyle needs. While she is skilled in representing sellers, her true focus is helping buyers take their first confident steps toward homeownership.

A proud Louisiana native, Amber earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans in 2012 and now brings her Big Easy warmth and hospitality to the ATL. Clients love her personable style, ethical approach, and the ease she brings to the real estate process.

Outside of real estate, Amber enjoys weekends at Stone Mountain with her busy family, creating memories that keep her grounded and inspired. She is licensed in both Georgia and Louisiana.
