Like many of the residents in the Nashville/Franklin area, Amber Conrad arrived in Tennessee via the long road. After moving from her hometown of Fort Worth, TX, Amber relocated to Greensboro NC, Houston TX, Charlotte NC; and finally to the beautiful state of Tennessee where she now calls HOME! Throughout these many moves, the one thing Amber became convinced of was that clients need someone they can trust, someone who truly listens to their wants and needs, and they deserve results BEYOND THE SALE from their agent. Amber maintains a soft spot for these relocating families. She has too often experienced not knowing where to eat or shop, not knowing what doctor or dentist to visit, or simply not knowing the ins and outs of a new community. She realizes being a REALTOR is about people, families and a relationship based on trust. Amber strives to build relationships based on mutual trust and client benefit.
